The historic surroundings, warm acoustic and first rate grand piano all helped the Chamber Choir, conducted by Christopher Bowen OAM and accompanied by Noah Peres, give its best. The performance included works from Mendelsohn and Brahms and two pieces by Bowen, through gospel and folk (arr. Bowen) to musical favourites from Les Miserables and Lloyd-Weber. This was the Choir’s second performance for Music Shoalhaven, and we hope that there will be many more in future years.
